Sub-Processors Changes

In order to provide services to its customers, SoftwareOne engages with different suppliers (“Sub-Processors”) to support carrying out data processing activities that involve access to customers’ personal data.

SoftwareOne makes sure to collaborate with suppliers which safeguard and protect the entrusted personal data, as well as comply with applicable data protection laws. Before any such supplier receives access to personal data, a proper written agreement is concluded, which allows SoftwareOne to monitor and control the way the supplier handles the personal data.
