Stans, Switzerland, March 30, 2026: In July 2025, we announced that Crayon and SoftwareOne were joining forces. Since then, we’ve made significant progress in integrating our teams, systems, and capabilities.

Today, we’re pleased to share the next step in our evolution. We are addressing the market as one combined organization under the SoftwareOne brand which will be launched market by market in a phased approach during Q2 2026.

What does this mean for you? What matters most is continuity. Your day-to-day collaboration, current services, and contractual arrangements remain unchanged. At the same time, you may be introduced to additional colleagues as we further align our teams.

To bundle processes and create synergies we also will share, in our internal systems, the details of the contact persons known to us from your organization. This applies to standard, business-related information (e.g. email address or role) available to us from transactions that your organization has with us.

This shared information will ensure optimal support for your organization and help coordinate offers and services in a meaningful way. Please also inform your colleagues of this.
