The analysis comprised an IT architecture review from the perspective of processes, information security, and risk management as well as cost optimization. The assessment is based on Microsoft's best practices. The health inspection provided a clear of the M-Files cloud environment’s overall state, information security posture, and performance.

The detailed mapping results were analyzed and discussed in a joint workshop, and M-Files received a comprehensive final report with clear recommendations and actions. The collaboration extended beyond the final report, as SoftwareOne also supported M-Files in implementing recommended actions.
