Adobe Document Cloud

Adobe Document Cloud is a powerful productivity solution consisting of the innovative PDF technology Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Acrobat Sign for electronic signature processes. In addition, mobile apps and online services are part of the Document Cloud. Team members can create, collaborate, and collect signatures from anywhere – powered by intelligent AI assistants that speed up routine tasks and make document work easier.
Integration into the Microsoft infrastructure also facilitates access and version control – e.g. via SharePoint and OneDrive. Manual processes are finally a thing of the past.

Adobe Acrobat Pro

Adobe Document Cloud enables the complete digitization of paper-based processes. To this end, Adobe offers two versions of Adobe Acrobat in the Document Cloud: Adobe Acrobat Standard and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Adobe Acrobat Sign is a cloud-based e-signature solution designed to help businesses, governments, and educational institutions accelerate their business processes. As part of Adobe Document Cloud, Acrobat Sign replaces manual, paper-based signing processes with 100% digital workflows. 

With Acrobat Sign, digital document workflows—including forms, approvals, or the provision of certified documents—can be fully automated. Signature and approval processes are shortened from several days to a few minutes. Acrobat Sign can be used on the web, on the smartphone or directly in popular business programs.
