Adopt 365 (Part 2): How to Train Your M365 User Champions – Onboard

The successful adoption of new technologies such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, or SharePoint requires behavior change. And change can be hard. It takes more than just learning a new app since it's a fundamentally different way of working. This change is all about people.

Whether you are completely new to Microsoft 365 (M365) or you are planning to deploy new technologies across your organization to onboard new features of Microsoft's productivity suite, this series helps you to plan, develop and design your M365 adoption strategy.

This second session we will provide you with the basics to make sure your environment is technically set for your planned deployment. Furthermore, you will learn how to build and launch your individual pre-adoption plan. This also includes a look at your real launch and how you make sure to involve your early adopters as well (reaching out to them, gathering proper feedback and including their concerns into your next steps for building and rolling out an organization-wide launch plan). Finally, we will speak about how to adjust your strategy and how to make sure to improve while rolling out your new services to your business.
