If you have a Microsoft 365 subscription, you can instal Microsoft 365 on up to five devices, including PCs, Macs, tablets, and phones. You can manage your instalations and devices from your Microsoft account at office.com. You can deactivate an instalation if you want to free up a slot for a new device. You can also reinstal Microsoft 365 on a device if you need to.

  3. You can upload, download, edit, share, and sync your files and folders using OneDrive and SharePoint.
  4. You can manage your email, calendar, contacts, and tasks using Exchange.
  5. You can chat, call, meet, and collaborate with your team using Teams.

  • Create a strong and unique password for your Microsoft account and change it regularly.
