Their programmable and highly scalable solutions enable the fast, flexible and cost-effective deployment of new services for both high-speed, high-capacity optical transport as well as virtualization-enabled managed enterprise services.

The challenge

Following considerable growth, and multiple acquisitions Ekinops found themselves with an abundance of Active Directories and multiple domain names for their French and Belgian subsidiaries. To improve communications and collaboration Ekinops wanted a single domain name for all employees and a single in Office 365 Active Directory for both countries.

The solution

With the assistance of SoftwareOne, Ekinops decided on migration to Office 365. Assurance of minimal migration downtime and unlimited SoftwareOne support meant Ekinops could refocus on their core business.

SoftwareOne oversaw the entire project, and provided a Dedicated Service Delivery Manager and 24/7 Support Service. All Active Directories were unified before staged migrations were conducted over multiple weekends.

Quality was assured, and speed achieved, through careful service oversight combined with SoftwareOne expertise.

The result
