What is a mosaic? The definition of mosaic, according to Merriam-Webster, is: a surface decoration made by inlaying small pieces of variously colored material to form pictures or patterns.

Mosaic is the name of SoftwareONE’s Diversity & Inclusion group. We consider a mosaic a variety of individual pieces – each with its own inherent beauty – coming together to form one entity.


Diversity is all our human differences. Our North American leadership team humbly acknowledges that we have strides to make in our representation of and support for diversity. We believe building and executing a diversity and inclusion-focused strategy will help us take the best possible care of our SWOmies, our customers and our community, and to take our performance as a region to the next level.



We will continually seek out and implement new ways to foster inclusion that build from our core foundation – our culture. Inclusion is described by Gallup as, “a cultural and environmental feeling of belonging”. It is important to us that each SWOmie experiences a sense of respect, safety and belonging here at SoftwareONE.
