Global usage rights
When you purchase a single-user subscription in a country within the EU/EEA, you automatically receive global usage rights for this licence. The assignment of licences to users based in a US embargoed country is not permitted.

New purchasing process for commercial customers
Autodesk has migrated the entire commercial process, including the terms and conditions for commercial Autodesk customers, to a direct model as of 16 September 2024. Public sector customers can continue to make their purchases through their SoftwareOne office contacts.
This transition for commercial customers means that the procurement and renewal of subscription licences, including commercial processing, will be handled directly between you and Autodesk.

We will continue to be available to you as a partner for direct sales. Send your enquiries to your SoftwareOne contact as usual and we will initiate the offer. You will receive this directly from Autodesk with the next steps in the ordering process.

Please note the deadlines for your subscription. The renewal period is 90 days before and up to 10 days after the subscription end date. A return period applies up to a maximum of 30 days after your order.
After purchase, you must assign your newly purchased licence to the user in your administrator portal. If you have several Autodesk teams under your Autodesk account, you must first assign the licence to the corresponding team.

The primary administrator is:
The primary administrator can transfer the role of primary administrator to another person, but can also appoint secondary administrators to assist with user administration. This is done in the Autodesk Portal under ‘Products and Services’.
