(1) Microsoft 365 E7 is the productivity infrastructure for a human-led, agent-operated enterprise, turning human intent into action with AI that runs securely at scale. ME7 brings together Copilot, agents, and built-in governance via Agent 365 so organizations can operationalize AI safely at scale.
(2) Microsoft 365 E7 will be available to purchase through all channel: EA, CSP, and Web Direct. At this point, ME7 will not be available in sovereign clouds (i.e. USGOV), EDU, or nonprofit at launch.
(3) Available only to new-to-offer customers (customers with no purchase history of M365 Copilot). Note that Copilot Chat usage (free) and Copilot Studio purchases will not invalidate a customer with this promo.
(4) Deployment must cover ≥ 80% of customers’ IW base (ME3/E5, OE1/OE3/OE5), remaining 20% to be covered with Copilot Chat.
(5) 50% off each seat of Microsoft 365 Purview Suite for customers who have or will purchase Microsoft Copilot. This offer applies to net-new seat adds only and can be applied retroactively to M365 Copilot purchases.
(6) Customers who have purchased the Microsoft 365 Business Premium and Microsoft 365 Copilot Business bundled promotion or Microsoft 365 Copilot are eligible to receive Microsoft Purview Suite for Business Premium at a 50 percent discount.
Note: Customers have the opportunity to improve their cash flow by choosing an annual commitment with monthly payments, which comes with a 5% price increase compared to the annual upfront payment option.
