SoftwareONE’s ONEClub Delivers a New Marketplace Experience to Partners

SoftwareONE’s ONEClub Partner Program is excited to announce the launch of a new marketplace experience for partner members. The ONEClub Marketplace is a purpose-built platform for SoftwareONE’s CSP indirect resellers for ordering, provisioning, reporting and management of cloud license subscriptions. By automating many operational tasks, partners will reduce the amount of time and effort needed to manage the end user’s license estate. The ONEClub Marketplace enables partner agility through easy and intuitive functionality allowing them to focus on providing more value to their clients.

This release builds upon the foundational features of the previous version and now offers a more modern user experience to support partners in accelerating their cloud practices.  The Marketplace was developed using the same professional design standards that are used in PyraCloud which have been validated by SoftwareONE’s customers.  While the ONEClub Marketplace and PyraCloud operate independently, our development teams aim for integrations in future releases.  New features of the ONEClub Marketplace include:

• Improved design and UX aligned to PyraCloud branding standards
• Easier navigation of primary functions such as adding new partners, provisioning tenants, order management and subscription management
• Improved product search with add-ons to base licenses
• Modern, mobile-ready shopping experience with easy checkout
• Azure Reserved Instance guided SKU selection
• Automated notifications for ordering, provisioning and operational functions

When will the new Marketplace be available in my market?

The new Marketplace will be publicly announced on December 7th but will have a coordinated rollout to authorized countries over the subsequent 60 days.

Will all my customer data be migrated to the new Marketplace?

Yes – all your customer data including orders, subscriptions and reporting will securely migrate to the new Marketplace.  Please contact your local SoftwareONE account team if you have questions about the transition to the new platform.

Is there a cost to partners to use the ONEClub Marketplace?

No.  ONEClub partners have access to the Marketplace at no charge.  Partners are required to be an authorized Microsoft CSP Indirect reseller and complete a SoftwareONE partnership application along with applicable credit approvals.

How do I know if SoftwareONE is an authorized Microsoft provider in my country?

As Microsoft partner we are authorized through most parts of the world.  Please refer to Microsoft’s published list of providers to find SoftwareONE in your market.
