Term: 11/20/17 - 11/21/2021 Optional renewals to 11/21/2023
Software One, Inc. as a Value Added Reseller (VAR) for DIR offers Microsoft software products and related services through this contract. Customers may purchase from the Select Plus Program or must enter into an Enterprise Agreement (EA) or have a current ELA with Microsoft. Customers can purchase directly through this DIR contract. This Contract covers the entire Microsoft Catalogue of products and Related Services plus any and all government and education volume licensing MSRP special Discount programs. See Appendix C Pricing Index and Price Lists.
The contract is available to State and Local Government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state with a cooperative contract. Quotes
To request a price quote, please call us at 800-400-9852 or email us at Texas-DIR.us@softwareone.com. The preferred method is email. Please include the product, quantity and Microsoft enrollment number with your request. It is also advisable to include your billing address and shipping address as well as the email address to send the order confirmation. You will be contacted by a SoftwareONE representative within 4 hours of your request to personally review your request if needed. If quotes take longer than this timeframe, status updates will be provided regularly. We will prepare your quote and email it to you. Once the purchase order is approved; please reference the SoftwareONE quote number (i.e., US-QUO-XXXXXX) on the PO and include the DIR contract number: DIR-TSO-4061.
Placing Your Order
Place your order via email at Texas-DIR.us@softwareone.com. Please reference the quote number on your purchase order to expedite processing.
SoftwareOne will provide confirmation of receipt within 4 hours and email you a license confirmation within 24 hours confirming that your order has been placed. Upon order fulfillment, you will receive an email with your invoice. License keys will be made available on Microsoft’s VLSC site and through PyraCloud, accessible according to your agency's internal deployment policies.

Return Rights
For software licenses, please email your request to Texas-DIR.us@softwareone.com within 45 days of the date of your SoftwareOne invoice. We will email confirmation of receipt within 4 hours. SoftwareONE will send Credit Memo or revised Invoice via email. Once a Credit Memo is received, please advise if the credit should be applied to your current account balance or if funds should be returned.
Product Warranties
Warranties set out in the end user license agreement [EULA] between the customer and Microsoft will apply.
