WIT Iceland Event – Empowering Gender Equality in Tech
We are excited to announce an upcoming WIT event in Reykjavik, organized by SoftwareOne Nordics in partnership with WomenTechIceland. This event aims to foster an inclusive and trusted community of women, non-binary, and gender diverse leaders where authentic experiences, best practices, and networking opportunities abound.

About the Event
Launched in Copenhagen and Oslo in 2024, our events aim to inspire and provide support through a series of engaging sessions that highlight personal stories and journeys of inspiring leaders in the industry.
We are thrilled to host this event in Iceland next, bringing together a group of leaders from within tech, and at the intersection of tech and other industries, from here in Iceland and abroad.
Our goal is to uncover insights by:
- Sharing the genuine and diverse experiences of leaders in technology
- Discussing best practices for career advancement and opening opportunities for others
- Providing networking opportunities with other leaders
