Understanding Strategic Options for a Move to SAP S/4HANA on Azure

The analysis delivered a set of recommendations and a phased project roadmap to guide a successful journey to an optimized SAP solution in the cloud.

This multinational organization is focused on the growth, distribution, and sales of food produce around the world.

The customer initiated a business strategy review to identify new revenue and cost optimization opportunities in 2020. In support of the review, the company attempted to better understand how their current SAP solution can support a potential change in business priorities. SoftwareONE engaged with customer’s business to analyze and help understand the options for changing the current SAP solution and move to S/4HANA.

SoftwareONE planned and executed a S/4HANA roadmap project comprised of the following phases:

The analysis and recommendations delivered by SoftwareONE were a direct input allowing customer to review and determine the right options for their journey to S/4HANA. The customer has since engaged in the market to commence the transition to SAP’s new evolution S/4HANA solution.
