Your job as a Project Manager

  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing to, preparing and completing action plans; ensuring productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; and resolving a diverse range of project-related challenges and conflicts
  • Manage knowledge sharing within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project)
  • Track and manage project activities like: Schedule Management, Cost Management, Risk & Issues Management, Meeting Management and Change Management
  • Work cross-departmental on pre-sales activities and finalize the project scope
  • Support project reporting activities
