The Culture Representatives are the guardians of our DNA at a local level. They are a global community responsible for making sure we never lose sight of our core values, and are responsible for strengthening those foundations every day. Working with our leaders, they contribute to:
- Recruitment – assess value and culture fit beyond technical and functional competence.
- Behaviour – lead by example and live and breathe our 7 Core Values – embed these into the local organization.
- Environment – drive cultural initiatives that create a positive working environment.
- Satisfaction - work with HR and local leadership checking on & improving the “cultural health” of the company through the employee survey and other initiatives.
